Remember to always make a notification of move when you move to a new address or when you live in another address for more than three months. You also must submit a notification of move if you are leaving Finland to move abroad, moving to Finland from abroad or changing your address abroad.
If you suspect that someone could make a false notification of move in your name, you can prevent it in advance. Submit a block on notifications of move both to the Digital and Population Data Services Agency and to Posti. When you have a valid block, no one can make a change of address on your behalf.
